  • This depends on where you live. Our team tries to ensure all our drivers as much home time as possible while still ensuring we supply you with Depends on where you live – weekends are possible.

  • While we don’t have dedicated lanes, we do have dedicated customers.

  • 66 on the pedal and 68 on cruise

  • Our cameras face outward. Safety is our highest priority at Tradition Transportation, and we feel that these cameras protect our drivers and the company.

  • Some trucks are equipped with APUs and inverters.

  • Our main headquarters in Angola, Indiana. We will rent a car for you to drive to orientation, or we can book you a flight. Whatever is best for you is best for us.

  • Applicants will usually be notified within 24-hours of finishing their application. If the applicant was approved, our recruiting team will contact you to reserve a spot in orientation.

  • Orientation lasts 2-3 days. In that time, you’ll get to choose your truck, do an inspection of your new ride, and then complete your road test. Our safety department will then meet with you to update you on current DOT regulations and set you up on the electronic logging device. You will then speak with your dispatcher to settle on your driving areas before finishing up the lease agreement and other relevant paperwork. Once all that is completed, your truck gets detailed and you’re ready to hit the road!

  • No. You will only need a new physical if your current one expires within 20 days of your orientation.

  • We can’t promise that, at least right away. We provide you with a car so that you can bring some of your personal belongings with you until we can get you back to your house.
